1.1 As per the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, medicines once sold cannot be returned except under specific conditions.
2.1 Products may be returned only if:
- They are damaged during transit.
- They are expired at the time of delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered.
3.1 Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
3.2 Provide order details, reason for return, and photographic evidence if applicable.
3.3 Our team will review and approve/reject the request.
4.1 Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after return approval.
4.2 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
5.1 Opened or partially used medicines.
5.2 Medicines without original packaging or batch details.
