These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between Zengo (“we”, “our”, “us”) and you (“user”, “customer”) for the use of our mobile application and website (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using Zengo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

1.1 You must be 18 years or older to use our services.

2.2 By placing an order, you confirm that the details provided by you are accurate and complete.

3. Prescription Requirement

3.1 Certain medicines will only be dispensed against a valid prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner.

3.2 Prescriptions must be clear, legible, and unaltered.

3.3 We reserve the right to reject orders if prescriptions are invalid or non-compliant.

4. Product Information & Disclaimer

4.1 Product images, descriptions, and prices are for informational purposes only.

4.2 Zengo does not provide medical advice. Please consult your doctor before use.

4.3 We are not liable for adverse reactions to medicines purchased.

5. Pricing & Payment

5.1 All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Prices may change without prior notice.

5.3 Payment options: UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, and net banking via secure gateways.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

6.1 Orders are confirmed only after successful prescription verification (if required) and payment processing.

6.2 We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, invalid prescriptions, or legal restrictions.

6.3 Users may cancel before dispatch by contacting customer support.

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 Medicines once sold cannot be returned except in cases of:

- Damage during transit

- Expired product

- Wrong product delivered

7.2 Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of approval.

8. Delivery

8.1 Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days.

8.2 Delays may occur due to logistics or regulatory requirements.

9. Prohibited Use

9.1 Users must not:

- Order habit-forming/narcotic drugs without valid prescriptions

- Resell products purchased from Zengo

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

10.2 Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bilaspur, Chhatisgarh.
