ZENGO CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: 28th August 2025

1. Customer Cancellations

1.1 Orders can be cancelled by contacting customer support before dispatch.

1.2 Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled and will follow the Return & Refund Policy.

2. Company-Initiated Cancellations

2.1 We may cancel orders due to:

- Invalid or illegible prescriptions.

- Stock unavailability.

- Delivery restrictions in your location.

- Suspected fraudulent transactions.

3. Refund for Cancellations

3.1 If payment has been made, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Prescription Verification Delays

4.1 Orders pending prescription verification for more than 48 hours may be automatically cancelled.
